Single Entry Form – use if you are not planning to use the family rate
Winter Flurry – Kids’ 1K Fun Run – not eligible for family rates
Family Entry Form – use only if three or more family members (note: if registering more than three, the fourth and following will ring up at $16.67 but the additional 6.67 each will be refunded for the fourth and following runners). You must specify family name as team.
