WO Von Ins Relays – Order of Events

Morning super distance events are boys then girls.  The rest of the day will be Girls and then Boys with D2 first and then D1 for each gender IF the events are split.  Super distance relays, distance medley and 4×800 will be run combined on the track.

6,800m Relay GIRLS (1200 – 800 – 1600 – 3200)

Sprint Medley (100 – 100 – 200 – 400)

Distance Medley (1200 – 400 – 800 – 1600)
