The entrant must agree to all terms and conditions in the officlal race registration for as well as to the following terms and conditions (parent or guardian also agrees if the entrant is under 18).
WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I hearby certify that it is with full knowledge and consent that either myself, or my child take part in the Saugatuck Pole Vault Camp. I will not hold the organization, teams coaches, registration company, sponsors or anyone connnected with Saugatuck Public Schools or Saugatuck Community Recreation responsible for death, injury or sickness that may incur in any programs. Further more I will not hold any party responsible for any medical aid administered. Camp schedule is subject to change.
I give permission for any pictures or videos taken during the clinic to be used at the discretion of the camp directors.
No refunds will be made.
In the event that the entrant is unable to take part, they will not allow anyone else to use their number without completing the official transfer process (which will be outlined in their entry confirmation email).
