The entrant must agree to all terms and conditions in the officlal race registration for as well as to the following terms and conditions (parent or guardian also agrees if the entrant is under 18).
The entrant agrees to abide by the rules of the event and that the officials' decision is final.
The entrant confirms that they have no medical disability that would endanger themselves or others by taking part (and will not run if unfit on the day).
I understand and agree that participating in this event is potentially hazardous, and that I should not enter and participate unless I am medically able and properly trained. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I assume full and complete responsibility for any injury that may occur while I am traveling to or from the event, during the event or while I am on the premises of the event. I am also aware of and assume all risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to, falls contact with other participants, effect of weather and conditions of the race route. I, for myself and my heirs and executors, hereby waive and indemnify, release forever discharge and hold harmless the Heroes for Jett 5K Run/Walk Committee, Goshen Parks Department, the City of Goshen, MABE, LLC, and their affiliates, officers, directors and employees as well as the event organizers, sponsors, promoters and their respective agents, representatives, successors and all other persons associated with the event, from any and all liabilities, claims, actions, or damages that may arise in connection with or are related to my participation in this event whether caused by negligence, action or inaction of any of the above parties, or otherwise. Participant has read the foregoing and intentionally and voluntarily signs this Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement. If Participant is under 18 years, acceptance of this agreement by a parent or guardian is required.
No refunds will be made.
In the event that the entrant is unable to take part, they will not allow anyone else to use their number without completing the official transfer process (which will be outlined in their entry confirmation email).
